My experience consists of over 25 years in the finance industry.
My previous experience consists of many years in the Banking industry working for both Bankwest and Westpac in various roles including Home Loan Manager , Business Manager and Commercial Relationship Manager . I have experience in small overdrafts , the purchase of business premises as well as $25m+ projects
Each bank has products and interest rates that will be similar, excluding any specials they may offer, but their rules and conditions may vary depending on the lender. In our role we will vet this for you and advise you as to which bank will do the loan for you
Education
Along with my 25 years finance experience I also hold the relevant qualifications needed to assist you with Mortgage broking
I have the following qualifications
- Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking
- Certificate III in Securities
I am also a member of the following
- MFAA Approved Credit Adviser
- (AFG) Australian Finance Group
- Registered under COSL for dispute resolution
You will be in good hands with my experience and knowledge in all aspects of lending in both residential and business.
My role
As a broker I am there to assist you throughout the application process, approval and settlement. My services do not end there as following settlement I am still there to answer and questions, help you with any maintenance of your loans and assist you throughout the life of the loan with changes, amendments or simply periodical health checks.
